Where should we begin? The absolute best place to start is to fully own responsibility for self. Until you do, changes you make are unlikely to stick. Why is this? When our awareness of who we truly are is limited, our perception of reality is clouded so that we can't know how our current existence is actually being created. Taking personal responsibility allows us to acknowledge our own contribution to those things we want to change. We blame circumstance, other people, our job, or even the weather rather than admitting it's anything to do with us.
